Born March 30, 1960, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Johnathon J. "John" Smith later earned a Bachelor's degree from Jim Doe University and continued his education earning his Juris Doctor from ABA State University and a Law Latin Masters degree [Taxation] from Southern University. John was admitted to the Mississippi bar in 1996 and to the United States Tax Court in 1997.
John is a member of the Mississippi State Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Section on Taxation).
His areas of practice include: Estate Planning, Wills, Probate, Municipal Law, Successions, Taxation, and General Business Law. |
